Plat du jour: Fried koutsomoures

Today’s catch of the local fisherman was not one of his greatest. Of course, there was a reason for that: the full-moon.

Yet, fisherman’s catch however modest made a very delicious “plat du jour“. “Koutsomoures” a type of Greek red mullets were wonderfully fried and accompanied with “vlita” a Greek green vegetable which is served cooked as a salad.
